The cargo that arrived on Monday did not arrive even though it was Wednesday. I had to go and pick it up myself in the afternoon. However, when I went to work on Monday, they said it was out for delivery. If I didn't go, I wouldn't be able to receive my cargo on Wednesday. Such an understanding cannot be possible, our ancestors were only 3-4 kilometers away by transportation. We are not at the top of the mountain so the cargo would be this late.

My product arrived broken. They play on words and put the blame on the customer. They ask why you didn't open the product and buy it, but they never allow you to open the product.
